GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Pulaski County High School definitely taught me discipline, time management skills, and social awareness. However, most of these I had to learn on my own as many of my teachers did not accommodate for different learning styles and techniques. In saying this though, there a select few teachers who I adored and truly imprinted their wisdom and genuine care for my success and to those I thank them for everything.

Overall the school itself is rated a 3. The teachers and staff are very 50/50 on terms of beliefs and classroom control.

I am a current senior at pulaski county high school. My experience through four years can be summed up as a joy ride. With the effects of covid and so many other things stemming from it I wasn't often able to truly enjoy my high school life. However, where other schools may be lackluster, Pulaski always had something for you to do it some way to connect with people again. Clubs and sports were my personal favorite activities to build friendships.

50/50. The classes are good and I’ve learned a lot. The social life at this school is terrible.
