GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I've went to Somerset High School all 4 years and I had a normal experience in my opinion. The teachers are all welcoming and they have good school system for any one who enrolls there.

The teachers were great and very understanding. The school helped to strive to do well academically. It was a welcoming community and had a lot different clubs to join.

My experience at Somerset High School wasn't the worst but at the same time not what I would have wanted and or expected when I was about to go into high school. I wish my school was a little bigger because everyone knew everyone's business and with a small school comes a lot of drama with it. But honestly, I wouldn't change my high school experience for anything. I have lived in Somerset my whole life and I went to Somerset schools for 14 years. Here is where I met my best friends and got an education that is going to prepare me for my future.

At the time of this writing I am a senior. My experience here was, all things considered, pretty good. It isn't the best school, nor is it the worst. It has much good and much bad. Some kids are bad, there's drama and problems, but I feel as if that's pretty standard for schools. I will walk out of...

I have had 3 children attend the district. All have had amazing opportunities both inside the classroom and outside of the school day. My youngest is graduating with 18 credits ready to be applied to his college degree.

overall the school has gotten terrible in the past year. Superintendent mark bezek should be fired. He is not leading our district to great places. Shannon Donnelly should be let go as she is terrible at her position. Try to get Chris Moore back.
