most teachers are committed and the small school setting was comfortable but now that I have met so many people at college who came from larger schools in more affluent regions, I see how lacking my high school is in comparison

My children graduated from South Kortright prepared for college. They have graduated from college and gone on to find employment in their fields of study. South Kortright prepared them for college and for life.

If you are not from the area and enroll your child here they will not fit in. Poor disciplinary measures in place if any. Support system is really only needed until 6th grade. I find south kortright to be a community all itself, the teachers, the guidance office, and parents welcome each other. The support for the students with academics and sports are amazing. I am to have all four of my children attend this school. Denise
