I would say my best moments that I've had here at South Lake Highschool, would probably be my freshman year the teachers are very kind, funny, and welcoming. My worst moments is most likely the teaching when it comes to math. Math is not my best subject, but 2 of the four teachers I've had through out my years of being here there teaching methods are not the best.

I had a good experience at this school. One of the best parts I can say is the how dedicated the faculty and staff are to the students. Any issues or questions I had, my counselor and principal helped. I also liked how South Lake had a variety of sports and clubs students can join. I think one thing i found bad about the school was the classes were overcrowded, especially during covid. One thing that could change is maybe reducing class sizes and increasing access to mental health resources.

The overall school experience is what you would typically see in you basic high school. I will say that the school lacks certain things that other schools around has we could use more was for learning and sports.

From a senior students POV: freshman year was good (covid year) but years following have been a downwards spiral. For the first 3 years of my time at this facility the boys bathrooms had no soap. New ridiculous policies such as the 10 10 rule (may not use the bathroom during the first or last 10 min...

I wish I could give no stars. Seriously this school has the most people that are the rudest ones. Like if you don’t want to work at the school then don’t.

We're selling our house and moving just to be zoned to a better school. Too many fights, too much drug activity, and academics are a total joke. I subbed at this school just to get a feel for the campus, and there is no way I would ever work for this administration or let my child attend this campus...
