My 2 children have attended South Mountain Elementary ("The Big School") and South Mountain Annex (just down the street) over the past 4 years. Generally excellent experience with South Mountain for both my son and daughter. Teachers communicate with parents well, are supportive of the students and offer a challenging curriculum. The principal is new, so jury is still out there.

Teachers are mediocre - depends on who you get. Had a great teacher in Kindergarten and then a horrible teacher in 1st. Not too impressed w/ the 2nd grader teacher either.
