This school and administration does nothing for harassment or violence. There are only a few good teachers and the rest couldn't care if the kids are tought properly. Half the Teachers don't listen to IEP or 504 plans and have been passive aggressive to those who need them. The teachers and administrators treat their "favorites" as if they do no wrong and if they do anything to you they will only get a slap on the wrist. They don't punish kids equally and they pick and choose who gets what punishment. The food is has so many options some may be horrible but others do slap. The have free breakfast and a wide range of courses. The amount of borderline hate speech within groups of kids being ignored by staff. Sopo high has a lot of potential to be a great school but the majority of staff there much rather flex their power than to improve the education environment and just the school as a whole. Which i hope future generations will get to have a better experience in this school.

There were many issues with this school. When I got to college, I was not at all prepared for college academics.

I love the teachers, and that they care about their students and how they each learn. They are always there when I need them. I like how all the office staff is very helpful.

A lot of math teachers are moving away from traditional math and teaching things parents and students d...

Some terrific teachers (social studies and science departments especially) and some very weak programs (math has gone dramatically down hill in recent years). All coursework is now "non-leveled," which means star students and troubled kids sit side by side. Nothing wrong with that theoretically but...
