As a transfer student who transfered during her junior year, so far, I like it a lot. The teachers and students are very nice and understanding not to mention welcoming. I've made many new friends and the courses themselves aren't so bad. It's a big tricky to find my way around the school when I first entered in but in the end, it all worked out. The teachers go above and beyond for their students and I'm grateful to be here.

My overall experience at Pomperaug Regional High School has been mostly positive. The school offers a variety of classes and extracurricular activities, which helped me explore different interests. The teachers are generally supportive and want students to succeed.

It overall is a pretty decent school. I have made a lot of friends who I deeply care for. I joined the track team where the team member made me feel included and apart of a big family. However; there is a lot of drug use at this school to where it gotten to the point where you can smell it from other classrooms.

Overall a good school however I did have a few problems with bullying and felt unheard by a couple of the teachers there. However I graduated over 6 years ago so maybe that aspect has improved.

I understand Academics are important but so is emotional well being. A no-tolerance policy for bullying and physical harm does not exist. There are many reasons this school has bad nicknames. Some care about our kids. Some are there for a paycheck. Most average kids receive nothing extra. They do gr...

I recently graduated from PHS, and my experience was truly horrible. Teachers don't care if their students perform well or not. Some AP classes have more than one teacher teaching the course( 2 different classes), and the level of difficulty in both is different. For example, AP biology had two diff...
