GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Spring Grove is a great school with a wide variety of activities for students to join and be active in. The teachers are all enthusiastic about their subjects and willing to spend extra time outside of class to help students succeed.

There are a lot of student involved in after school sports. My school is small so there are no tryouts for teams so anyone can go out. Our sports teams are also very successful. Many students fill the bleachers at games too.

We are offered a wide variety of classes including AP and honors classes. However, being a small school, some of the teachers get ideas about what classes the "smart" kids need to take, and so on. In a bigger school I don't think the teachers would care as much about what classes anyone took.
