Pros: -Rigorous academics -Experienced, caring teachers -Great Facilities -Strong alumni network, especially in Philly -Solid sports teams -Solid community among students -Great volunteering opportunities -Great college preparation -Kairos Cons: -Lacking diversity -Mediocre food at best -Music/Arts programs lag behind more popular programs -Surrounding neighborhoods can be sketchy -Prominent culture of drinking/rowdiness.

Prep was the perfect school for my son. He was challenged with academic rigor, spiritual development and in finding his place as a man for others in a changing would. Cura Personalis is more than a slogan at Prep.

I have 3 boys one went to Malvern, one to Lower Merion and one to St Joe's. Out of the 3 the one who went to the prep had the best experience. He enjoyed going to classes and liked the diversity of the school. The teachers and coaches were much more responsive than at my other son's schools. He said all the boys were receptive to each other even if they didn't do the same things. The biggest difference I noticed was that he kept in contact with his classmates where my other 2 didn't want to. I think the school culture is responsible for this connection
