Despite only attending Staten Island Academy for my last two years of high school, I can with full confidence say that if I were to do everything over again, it would have been my number one choice from the beginning. The bonds I formed at SIA over such a short time are ones that I can count on lasting me a life time. It was truly never a dull day at the Academy. With loving friends, and a phenomenal staff and support group, it is truly impossible for a student to not find success, whether it be academically, artistically, or athletically.

I loved the comfortability, I could really call this place my home. Everyone from faculty to students are so nice and caring. However, it would be great if we had a football team or more active sports teams.

The campus setting, the familiarity, the support that my daughter received shaped the young woman she is today. People may question what the difference is in a school like this because they have never had the opportunity to experience it themselves. But if they did they would realize that Staten Island Academy changed my daughter's life and our lives. They allow students to find themselves, be themselves and speak for themselves.
