My favorite part of MCHS is that we have a free period, and we have an hour and a half to ourselves. I mainly spend them with my friends and it's honestly so fun. My worst experience honestly is that some of the college professors aren't really good, it's either they're bias or they don't teach well, but the high school teachers are all amazing for the most part.

My favorite part is the accessibility of everything—faculty, leadership opportunities, everything is there as long as you demand it. However, the school's facility maintainence is slightly concerning, as sometimes the same room will feel like two different seasons in one day.

My experience at Middle College High School has been amazing, the staff and learning environment here is top notch. Attending this school has prepared me beyond measure for college and my future overall while allowing me to thoroughly enjoy school.

Overall, this is a great school. I love the opportunities this school provides. They allow you to gain college experience while being on an actual campus, as well as giving a sense of independence. It is alarming that 17% of the teachers left MCHS in 1 year. These teachers were integral to the school's success and their departure is felt by the students. This school does not offer any AP classes, so the smart students have to do busy work while waiting for the slow students to keep up.

MCHS has experienced a noticeable decline since the arrival of a new principal. She consistently refused to listen to concerns from both parents and students. This disconnect of communication has led to frustration and demoralization among students. The school is struggling to reach full enrollment.
