GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My student with dyslexia started SASD w/ low test scores. She is now a straight A 8th grader. I have seen Staff go to great lengths for their students. They use compassion, nurturing and teamwork to help all the kids. Don't rely on test scores; we chose this District 3 years ago.

It’s racist and a little homophobic and there’s a lot of bullies, people at the school being disrespectful and rude and the teacher’s are very very disrespectful and rude.

The real feedback comes from my daughter, who used to cry about going to school and was failing...
