The best is definitely the community and all the students help each other. The worst part is that we don't have enough room and funding for how much our school district is growing.

I recently graduated from Sugar Salem high school and although there were some things that were great about this school such as the choir and theater department always putting on exceptional concerts and shows despite having been given minimal funds to do so. The administration is close minded for the most part and don't hire teacher based on their skill and merit but rather by their last names and association to people already the community. It is an extremely biased system.

There is something very special about Sugar-Salem high school. From freshman year to graduation you are supported by teachers, classmates, administrators, and coaches. Sugars's academic and sports accomplishments are simply amazing. We are not only taught how to make no excuses, but how to become truly successful in life.

This school district is predominantly white and LDS. If you do not fit into this mold or have parents who do you can expect bullying. The students openly use hate speech ( racial slurs, slurs pertaining to sexual orientation) with no consequences. In terms of teaching, the school district lacks fund...
