Very friendly and nice school. Alot of career and extra class options. Most teachers are open to help. College help is avaliabe through the college counselor. Fun school activites, sports and school pride.

Since 9th grade, I was enrolled in Kempner High School. I was met with new faces, facilities, and an overall new environment. However, Kempner offered a free space for me to easily communicate to my peers while participating in learning activities. For this I am grateful; however, some changes I would like to see in Kempner is the combined lunches.

It's a fun experience, I met a lot of my closest friends from this school and the teacher's definitely do care about your education. I also feel that the student life is very involved and the culture is there, and overall I enjoyed my time being a cougar at Kempner.

The school used to be among the best in all areas, but in recent years has become one of the worst. There is little discipline enforcement by administrators, which allows less time for teachers to do their job. I sent multiple kids to the school through the years, and it was a much better experience...

Personally I've had an alright time at Kempner for the last 3 years. In terms of academics, it really has all that you need to succeed.

The staff are rude and disrespectful to the students and all the students have simple solutions but the principal won’t listen to reason because she’s being difficult. Simply to put it a small group of 4 or 5 people making a bad decision to fight shouldn’t result in punishing the other 2,000 student...
