GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

the bullying is not handled well at all just a slap on the wrist. nothing is done at all about ceilings leaking during a storm or about the ants that crawl in by the hundreds. only a small part of the school (2% / 100%) has functional air conditioning and heating. student center is way to crowded durning the lunch shifts. there arent enough janitors in the school and theyndont even do a good job (person experience, i walked into the auditorium and left some paper scraps there and when i returned 3 weeks later the scraps were still there!!) janitors either need to be replaced or the need to be supervised while cleaning to make sure they do their jobs. office staff and faculty members can be quite rude. last but not least certain teachers in the building wont help a student if said student has asked for help on more than one occasion.

Teachers can be very biased, a lot of drama involved, and overall doesn't have a good atmosphere. I did enjoying to school there when I but i would have preferred a bigger high school environment.

Love the small-town feeling as you are able to get to know everybody and all the facility within the school. I've learned so much in my four years at Sumner-Fredericksburg High School and feel very prepared to begin my next chapter of life in college next fall.
