GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I would like to see teachers getting us more prepared for college lives' after high school. Being a high school senior I do not feel prepared enough to to go college because I didn't learn anything about it during high school. Some of the best parts of highschool were the sports I was involved in. Our school has such a passion for all of the sports that have have here and it makes high shool go by faster. Some things I would like to see change would be the school lunches. They are very bland and often to not taste good, or are very hard to the point it leaves me with no appetite.

I have gone to Shikellamy High School my whole life. The people make most of the experience, and it's typically a welcoming and kind environment. I would like to see them add more AP classes for those who want to take them.

I believe that Shikellamy School district is a good place for kids to come as a new student. The faculty is very accepting as well as the majority of the students. The faculty also make it their goal to ensure the kids have a goo time and take their thoughts into consideration.

i go to this school and while it is not terrible the amount of bullying and the facility dealing with it by saying say sorry and be friends is not effective, the school is lgbtq+phobic it seems as well.

This school needs to get it's act together. The only thing they have going for them is the JROTC program. They need to focus on fixing there issues instead of football. They need to get rid of the principals and get new ones. They are terrible and encourage negative behavior especially the vice prin...

The school has become a terrible place to be at. The new "principals" are horrid. There is ABSOLUTELY NO discipline! One of the principals gave a student a high-five for harassing another student. The other principal doesn't do anything even though he has so called "Military Training". They also pla...
