The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

The school is well rounded and dedicated to providing quality education to the students. The arts program is amazing and they always put on spectacular shows and musicals. The after school tutoring and clubs help my child find the help they need to succeed.

Willow Canyon is a perfect school for someone, like me, who came from 11 years of a small charter school. Having real football games to celebrate, huge assemblies, and fun clubs are all great reasons to go to Willow. I wish more students enjoyed the school spirit and sometimes I get embarrassed when many people don't appreciate it as much. I don't regret choosing this school, though, especially when many options are closer to my house.

I wish that there was a change in community involvement. Choosing to give more attention to our feeder schools. Plan more community events as a high school.I would definitely say that we have an open administration that works well with student council and is open to new ideas. Culture is something that we struggle with finding and trying to bring our students together.
From my experience, the teachers at Willow Canyon high school as well as the principal only look out for themselves. If your student is caught for anything and they will find stuff to accuse your child of they will threaten to suspend you and the principal will not Listen to anything you have to say...
Biased treatment of students, horrible administration staff . Worst school ever, this school is a perfect example of a broken education system and teachers that only work for their littler paychecks!.
My daughter went to school there for all four years of high school. Then went on to ASU. It not only taught her the school subjects but taught her leadership.
Horrible. And the district's can't seem to figure out why they lose their funding to charter schools. Red for Ed remember. How about you earn you your pay like every other industry.
