I like Swansboro High School because compared to other schools nearby, we have decent student behavior. I would like to see more funding in the arts, especially theatre, and more opportunities for sciences outside of health science.

its a great school that focuses heavy into sports. the teachers are very caring and most of the staff is very respectful. there is little to no violence at the school and it is well kept and clean.

I would like to see more effort towards expanding kids involvement in a growing community. Too often I see kids from low income areas eating time and energy making bad decisions and I think there isn't enough resources going towards making those kids be redirected into a better future. It doesn't take much but in many case scenarios our school spends more time criminalising and punishing bad behaviour rather than redirecting.

The administration doesn’t change anything, even if parents team up and address issues. It’s treated as if they provide lip service and continue to do whatever they want.
