I loved sycamore high school. It allowed me to try a bunch of new things, like TV production with amazing equipment. For being a small school there really is a lot of options!

Overall I think Sycamore High School is a pretty decent high school. Most of the teachers are nice and helpful, and are great at teaching. The club activity here is pretty great. If you are interested in Music Sycamore High School is one of the best in the State. I don't have much to say about change but some more language classes would be nice. (we only have Spanish as of 2023)

School has a really good AP program, with many options for classes for students at all levels. However, the teachers are very hit or miss. Also school building is very run down and old, with terrible lunch. Student body is mostly small town trashy vibe who doesn't care about education, with sports being super important. Incidents of fights becoming more and more common over the years.

Overall, we've had a great experience at this school. Teachers are helpful for the most part. There are several teachers, particularly in the sciences, that prefer kids look up information on their own (facilitator vs teacher). Not a fan of that. Outside of science, we've had good interactions with...

All three of my children had great experiences both inside and outside the classroom. All three successful in life due to the teachers and coaches they had at SHS. Highly recommend.

This school sucks. 90% of the teachers act like toddlers. The staff is snooty and rude. They pay no attention about the male students assaulting the female students. The school only cares about the students who are academically inclined. The school building it’s self is gross and dirty. The building...

Fantastic experience. The people I interact with including teachers and peers are stong character-wise and are intelligent. Not all students fit this category of course, but this does not appear to a product of the school's administration. Don't listen to that foolish parental review. Perhaps I am h...
