GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

South Columbus High School is a great school. Everyone is supportive. It has the small town feel but is quite large compared to many in our area. Teachers are always available no matter what time. Sports are always fun. Hopefully we will be back to having clubs and activities this year. COVID really shut them down for a while.

It's ok I guess, seems to be a little favoritism , some kids get away with things others can't. Some teachers really try to help students; they have more patience and care. I wish everyone were given the same opportunity as others and given the credit we each deserved, especially in sports. Everyone don't get the credit for what they do. I'm just thankful for the good teachers I have/ had.
