I'm very disappointed in this school. The motto is work hard be kind! My daughter is an outgoing and kind person and she has gotten nothing but bullied since 4th grade. I spoke with her teacher but they just shove everything under the rug...if you are a little different you will be treated like an o...

Both my children have attended Tackan, with my youngest still enrolled. They both have excelled and we have been extremely happy with how they are treated and with all the faculty and staff. The Great School ratings are skewed, because it's hard to make progress when you are at the top of the range...

Principal Dr. Allyn Leeds just retired. She had a special kind of relationship with each student. An Elementary School with approximately 400 students, K-5...she knew every student by name and their family too. An incredible person in general.
