My high school has been a special place for me. Our building is very old and outdated, but the students that attend school with me are very special. We have some of the best-behaved students and some of the best parental involvement. We have a very good dual credit class program that helps prepare our students for college by allowing them to take lower-level college courses in high school.

Tatum has been known for their excellence in sports. The teams are dedicated to overachieving. However, our facilities are not the greatest. The weight room is musty and the equipment is old. The football field is small and rugged. Our track is well-kept but it has room for improvement. As far as support goes, our fans are not supportive at all. As a cheerleader, it has been a constant struggle to get the fans to yell and cheer for the players.

I have always gotten along well with the staff at this school. They are for the most part, friendly and admirable. There are some subjects that I wish I would have been better educated on now that I take college classes and have to applu the core knowledge of subjects that I was taught in my high school classes.
