This school has been the place I have been for many years but now I am thinking about switching. This place is too focused on diversity and the administration is so liberal it is unbelievable. I do not mind Libertarianism but when it gets to the point of diversity seminars every week and a lot of the curriculum being based around Liberal ideals it begins to become to much. I am a student and have heard an overwhelming amount of complains upon this school and its heavy heavy focus on diversity and equity and believe there is a point where it becomes too much

The Masters School is really trying to build their athletic program in the upper school and it is working! With several school records, NYSAIS's wins, and FAA medals in the past few year it is obvious that Masters is raising their level of play!

My son did not know the entire story and he did...

It was better under the previous head of school. Now it seems less so. I've heard of kids losing their scholarship before they graduate from the HS. Imagine sending your kids there and they tell you and your child you cant attend if you don't come up with the money $$$? After making friends for 2 or...

Intellectual rigor in a school is hugely important to our family. In our searches, we learned fairly quickly that there were several schools where we could find it. What stood out about Masters, to us, was that along with true intellectual rigor, we could count on ethical and moral education as well...

The Masters school has been an extraordinary experience for both of my kids. While it provides rigorous academic challenges, it maintains a strong ethical core. The school uses the Harkness Method, a method that encourages each student to express his/her point of view. Because it is the only day/boa...
