It's a really old building and the roof leaks. The teachers are professional and seem to care. The bare minimum is met, regarding resources and accommodations, but this school is in a poverty stricken area where students' only meal might be the school lunch. It needs financial assistance badly.

Athens high school is a good school. I would dare to call it above average. Athens high school, although in one of the most impoverished towns in Ohio still has outstanding facilities, and classes you can take. I enjoy the diverse classes and the college opportunities. The school will be rebiult soon, and I am confident that it will be better than ever.

Athens High School is the best school in the region. It offers the most Advanced Placement courses, dual enrollment with nearby Ohio University and Hocking College, and has excellent and well qualified teachers and staff.
