Tome is a very close-knit school. Everyone knows everyone and students have a strong relationship with their teachers. The English/Lit side of the academics is really strong, but the math and science side is lacking. Overall, my experience there was really good and I feel prepared for college.

It is a good college-preparatory school, but we are overloaded with homework every night. Additionally, teachers can be harsh when a student misses a day or two.

The Tome School offers many opportunities to earn scholarships for college, but most of the opportunities are only available to seniors.
