West shores high school is both a middle and high school. We are a very small campus school. Yes, we do get to connect more with our teachers, but west shores is so far from the city that not many teachers choose to go there. We lack so many things that other schools have. We lack teachers, classes, courses, and sports. Many schools around me have nursing programs or more AP courses while my school has about 5 AP courses. I am happy to be here I have made friends, I am very involved in my school and I am connected with my teachers. However, I feel like I am at a disadvantage because my school doesn't have the programs that other schools have.

My overall experience has been a rollercoaster ride. I've had both amazing experiences and some really tough ones. One of the best parts has definitely been playing sports. Over the past four years, I've had the chance to meet new people and build strong friendships, which has been the highlight of my journey.

There isn't that many students but that means you get to know almost everybody and have lots of friends. Two downsides of the school is that the color isn't the best but it's t...

This school has a huge problem with motivating their students to pass classes. My child , with excellent grades, is a rarity! The teachers are mediocre. Most of the students are failing at least one class if not all. They can't even get a decent football team together because students are not eligib...

Along the western shore of the Salton Sea in Southern California lies a secluded conglomerate of bright yellow buildings known to the desert community as West Shores High/Middle Schools, home to approximately 350 students in grades 7-12. The campus also serves as a home for the general community mai...
