What I liked about this school was that they offered college credit and education because it helps get some of your general education out of the way before starting college.

My school feels like a home. Yes, there is trouble here but at the end of the day, we all come together and be a family. The amount of pride we have in our school is very cool, We are the underdogs of our town and that makes us want to step up and be the very best we can be. People always find a way to hate on us and make us feel less than we are, But I think they are just jealous because the amount of grit and perseverance is worth more than anything. Our staff at our school always make us feel welcomed and loved. I feel bad for people who go to another school because sometimes you won't find the amount of love we have here.

I love how supportive all the coaches and teachers are. I wish more students would get involved in sports and extracurriculars. More people would be there to cheer on at sporting events.

TJ is an amazing school with a real sense of community. Parents, students, staff, and alumni are supportive of the school and value its contribution to CB. Staff work hard for their students, and there are new and exciting programs being implemented all the time to help students be successful.

My son graduated from TJHS in 2012 and he will be graduating from Morningside College in May 2015 (3 years). TJHS prepared him for college and he took advantage of the IWCC credits/AP classes while in high school. I think TJHS was an excellent fit for him and we open enrolled him into TJHS. Thanks T...
