I believe Thomson High School is a great school overall, I just believe there is some fields that should be worked on compared to others. Like we shouldn't make something better when its already fine where its at. We need to focus on what needs to be fixed, not what is fine already.

My time at Thomson High School was extraordinary. I developed so much as a person. I went through some terrible experiences such as classmates passing away and losing friendships. I lost and found myself many times. The teachers and guidance counselors are somewhat nice. There are a lot of rules that need to be adjusted at this school. They also need to stop being so hard on the students.

I like Thomson High because I can be myself. There is no discrimination on just being yourself. I actually felt somewhat free and didn't feel like I as being shackled down and forced to learn. Now I'll start off with the cons. There is a bit of a problem with new students. That's not to say I was being bullied, called names, or any sort of thing like that. I just felt left out, almost like I didn't belong. While I may not have fit in, everyone was usually nice to me in a way and I can appreciate that. Overall, I would recommend Thomson High School.

This school has been on a downward trajectory for the last 10-15 yrs...... It lacks real leadership at the top and the accountability of the students and teachers is almost zero. I'm ashamed of how far this school has fallen. No discipline, no accountability, no moral code, and they are pushing kids...
