Start High School has amazing staff and teachers who want the best for you. The staff is always willing to help in any way to help you achieve your dreams. I also like the diversity of the school as there is a friend for everyone.

Start High School is a very welcoming school where the staff and students love to get to know each other. Mostly all of our sports go to the championships and end up winning and moving on the the next level. Starr's staff makes sure all of their students are taking the right steps to move on the the next stages of life. One thing that I would love to see change is the school spirit. We all love the school and to be with each other but here is not enough pep rallies or events to go to as a class so I would love to see that change.

Being at Start for almost four years now my view of it has changed since I first started there. In the beginning I was wary and after a little while it became my safe space. Most of the teachers make you feel like you are needed and wanted there. That you are allowed to take up space in your educational career, and without certain high school teachers I don't think I would have been as motivated as I am today. There aren't too many things that need to be changed at Start. I just wish that I would have more information about college during my junior year instead of being thrown into applying and not knowing too much about it.
