Capital City High School is a school for students with special behavior needs. The school is focused on trauma informed care to help students manage their emotional needs while providing rigor in their academic needs. This is my school (2010-20??) and they are NOT the worse kids! Yes, some have behavioral issues or emountional distribance or even a mixture but they are not the worst kids in the city. Try going to highland park high or spend a day at an intensive pysch-ward for children/adults, then you'll get a t...
