It was an alright school. The extracurricular were mainly ran by students which made it unorganized most of the time. They gave priority to athletes more than anyone. They allow a racist teacher work there.

I felt that I got a good education overall. I did the IB program which is only offered at Tracy High out of the high schools in Tracy. I think the program helped prepare me for college and get into one of my top choice schools, UCLA. There is also a lot of school spirit generally, good opportunities for clubs, and a nice campus. Some of the teachers were amazing, but others were pretty bad honestly. Overall good school in my opinion.

Tracy High is a larger school in the Tracy Unified School District, however has a large sense of community, as everyone knows everyone. Classes that are not standard and are more focused on specific academic goals hold more value than college prep classes. Its important to be involved, as the more you are involved, the more resources you will become aware of at the school, as well as opportunities in leadership, academics, and athletics.

One star is for the few Teachers my children had who showed concern for what was being taught. Many teachers used movies and videos instead of teaching,, called out sick often and had student aides grade homework. Dress code was not enforced. My child has his lunch stolen from his backpack during cl...

Because of this we have been involved in such opposite sides of Tracy High’s learning programs. The teachers in the IB...

My daughter is a freshman at Tracy High and even though I fought hard to have her there, because I was led to believe it was the best of the 3 public HS options in the city, I have been disappointed with her feedback over the school year. Everything from one teacher sittin in the back of the class e...
