GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The best part of Trigg County is how it is a small school, I love that the school is small and The teachers are nice. The worst thing about it is how the students vape in class and bathrooms.

I have attended Trigg County High School since February of my freshman year. I personally feel as though school spirit runs very low here. There are few opportunities for students who do not want to participate in medical, engineering, or agriculture pathways.

I've had a great time throughout my high school years. The teachers always help whenever you need it. Trigg County has a very supportive staff and they are always there when you need them. They are very understanding. The only thing bad I would say, would be the lunch food.

My children graduated from this high school and were prepared for careers in engineering and medicine, performi...

There is a lack of enthusiasm for learning in general throughout the school among the teachers. Most days, the students sit around on their phones and get about 10 minutes of work done in each class.

My school serves the exact same lunch menu every two weeks. Not only is is distasteful, but the portions served do not meet up with the required portions according to the National School Lunch Program. Elementary age children get the same portions as do the high school students. The students in high...
