Some of the best parts of James W. Mitchell High school is the amount of resources they give you to get ready for college, however, some teachers aren't the greatest. Another good part of this school is the amount of diversity it has. I have many friends of different races and I get to learn about all of their different cultures which I love.

Not a big fan. I feel held back from what I want to do and discouraged because my energy is focused on to many other things. This is not limited to this school.

They dont care about the students unless they are making the school look better with their grades. They dont care if kids are mentally okay or going through it at home. They don’t help the students that need extra help or struggling in certain subjects. All they care about is how the school looks to...

The school overall is great, but some of the teachers clearly play favoritism (chorus). The same people are recognized and celebrated while those a little more quiet go unnoticed. We moved to Trinity so that my son could attend a good school. He struggles in some academics and needs some extra help.
