my experience with the Troy Independent School District is overall an amazing school. When I entered high school the band program made me feel safe, accepted, and loved. During my sophomore year, I lost my father all the teachers at Troy High School were all very kind and made it it known that they were there if I ever needed to talk. But I would have to say the best thing about Troy High School is my former counselor Mollie Huber. She would be the first person I went to when I ever had a bad day or had great news She always had her door open for me. Ms.Huber has helped me with college advice and has been there for me. When it comes to negative experiences at Troy High School I have not experienced anything worth mentioning.

Troy High School was honestly a crazy place. The teachers are great at what they do, but they're not all work no play. I had the majority of my classes with hands on learning and flat out fun. I'd definitely recommend Troy for the learning experience they offer, but not for their social skills. The students can be rude, disrespectful, racist even, and little to nothing is done about it. So while the teachers are great at teaching, they aren't good at keeping minorities safe.

I've been going to Troy ISD schools ever since I was in second grade and it's been a pretty average and normal school experience. Since it's a small 3A school, I was able to know majority of the people in my grade, above and below me. This gave me the opportunity make plenty of friendships while I have been here. Another part is the community and how everyone comes together at school event to show support for the different sports teams.

As a parent, I heard a lot of good things about Troy ISD so I made an appoint to move my family within the district lines and we are so glad that we did. We have truly found a treasure and Troy ISD and are grateful for their dedication to our children and community.

Wonderful school. Caring staff. The school fortunately still believes in values and morals. As a parent I'm confident my child is protected, secure and learns old fashion values that other schools are missing.
