It's alright. I've never felt exactly unsafe at school, but it's not the safest either.

Not many activities. It's hard to find new people to talk to because its the same people who do sports that are in the play, which are the extremely stuck-up, popular people.

It's ok....We don't have a lot of funding...not a lot of AP/honor classes offered.

This school has been wonderful for our children. Many past issues or shortcomings have been resolved and current staff and administration in both the elementary and high school do a remarkable job. I certainly don't claim Truman is the best school on the planet, but I think they do a really good job for our students. If you take a look at alumni, you'll see doctors, lawyers, teachers, farmers, etc. It's a great community to be a part of and I have no problem sending my children here to receive...

There is now and never has been, anything great about this school, For years they have employed new college grads and those who hang on only for the state retirement. The tax base is lousy, the local parents apparently don't care, and the state is satisfied just to have the school stay open.
