One thing that used to really bother me about Catalina Foothills High school is that no matter what grade you are in or how many credits you need to take to meet graduation requirements, it's school policy that all students must take at least six classes per semester. Now, as a senior, staying at school for the full amount of time isn't a big deal to me because I really enjoy the elective classes I take, even though I don't necessarily need the fine arts credit, ceramics is a blast. I think I'm lucky I get to attend a public high school with so many opportunities.

Catalina Foothills is alright as a whole, but lacks core aspects that would have greatly benefitted me in the long run. There isn't a lot of diversity in student culture or in academic variety. I often felt envious of other schools, but I understand that this is a great school in terms of highschools found in Arizona.

Beautiful campus with a quality teaching staff. The kids love the location and can walk to Safeway, Starbucks, or McDonalds after school ends.

Horrific1 kid got lost in the shuffle and all I got were notices about missing classes and never a phone call letter or meeting 1 kid had 3 As and 3 Bs and because he was a competitive gymnast missed over the 11 allotted sick days so was failed...BTW he’s at West Point now no thanks to this school b...

As a person of color, it's SO hard here. It's MAJORLY white so any point of view for a cultured child, is honestly the worst. You get stereotyped by these sheltered white children who pester you and your culture with questions. If you like being able to be seen as a legitmate human, go to a differen...
