There could be a lot of change to truly get students ready for college. That has improved since my freshman year but there are still many things we needed help with. There are questions of where to submit and follow scholarships and college leads. The Ap and College level teachers are great usually and help their students get ready for college however.

Mountain View is a great school but one of the problems I find with the school is that we don't have a lot of chances to reach out past our Arizona schools. I started at Mountain View my sophomore year and had no idea that I should have taken a lot of AP classes early on. This has effected my schooling but not in a way that is super detrimental. I have good grades I just wish that I would have known about AP classes so that I could have done even better.

I think Mountain View High School is an amazing high school to go to, if you have want to you want to do in college planned out. They have many different career focused courses, as well as a dual enrollment with a nearby community college.

Teachers openly say they do not like their jobs. Kids with poor or bizarre behavior are treated as just being "different but good kids" Moral is low, student council is poorly run.
