My experience in union high school is the best the teach us how to best prepare for life after high school. When I first got to senior year I was scared because I didn't know what I would be able to do after high school. Union made it possible for me to know about all the career opportunities out there. Now I would say I am college ready but I am applying for scholarships like this one that can help me with paying for college because I don't come from the wealthiest family and as an immigrant whose parents didn't graduate from college there is only so much my parents can provide for me.

Union High School brought me a long way when i was in high school. It got me to where i am today and i couldn't of went to a better high school to get me here.

I have loved my time at Union High School. I have always been actively involved in Leadership and proud to contribute to the positive school culture. I look forward to using my experiences at Union, both as Captain of my dance team and Student Council officer, to enhance my college experience. One of my favorite things about Union is the diversity - both in the student body as well as club/class offerings.
