Excellent. Our kids have found plenty of activities through school and have received an appropriate amount of support from their teachers and admins. Bullying is basically allowed, only the victims get in trouble.

Terrible. Allows bullies and the victims are the ones that get in trouble. My nephew has ADHD and was bullied but no matter what teacher he told he got in trouble. That's how he got a 3 day out of school suspension.
