I would like some of the teachers to take better approaches to teaching. Some of the new teachers we got this year rely heavily on students teaching themselves online. This isn't optimal for most students here trying to learn. It causes great deals of confusion. I also wish our band program had more opportunities.

It's a small school, which has many pluses. For instance, all the teachers know me by name, my family, and the subjects that I like or am bad at. You can joke with teachers that in a large school is not possible.
