GreatSchools Rating

GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

What I like about uplift heights high school is the College counselors. I say this because they have been helping me through junior years to now senior year giving me opportunities to visit college and explore learning about careers that I never had interest in . They prepare me for the life ahead that is coming for me with college and the workforce .Something that I would like to change from the school is some of the rules , some of the rules in the school are just too much that it really doesn't have to be a big deal . One of the rules is wearing hoodies in school and it has to be a specific color which is kinda annoying . I think rules like this shouldn't even be a thing and instead focusing on something else .

my experience at uplift height felt like a scene from Booksmart. The drugs and the parties were the hype. Academically we always lacked teachers but the ones that did stick around were the best and we still maintain contact.

A lot of people in this school are overwhelmed with the work and the teachers in a way do not really care or are overwhelmed as well. Over time a lot of the students see that heights are falling off in a way and not what it used to be.
