Rock Creek Is An Overrall Great Place. It's The Only Black Owned Private School In The DMV. I've seen kids leave and go Ivy League and To Vanderbilt. So The Academics Has To Be Challenging....

Leadership is very poor. The school seems to care more about money than students. Concerns are not addressed with any sense of urgency. There is never any follow-up to concerns. Seems like more of a public school. Bullying at the lower levels without intervention. The have posters about bullying but don't seem to enforce policy. Very poor choice if you are looking for quality.

RCCA only focuses on the sports there are no academics recognitions. Cleanness is horrible some classes have no heat. The sports players shouldn't be playing based on their grades and conduct. .and much much more

Quite frankly we should have pulled our kids out this year. We have failed them as parents. They do not administer standardized testing so you have no benchmarks or comparative measures. Save your time and money. Your neighborhood school is better. Constant staff and leadership changes. Current leaders are clueless. And finances are an issue. I pulled my child out of this place. Go on an unannounced visit and you will see the lack of leadership.

on the surface it appears to be a good school, very welcoming, claiming to teach christian values etc, but don't be deceived it is all show. Teachers try their best but at the end of the day the school doesn't really care about the students. The principal is very incompetent and runs a dictatorship....
