Overall I have always felt prepared and ready for every challenge that I have faced because of my high school. My teachers have worked hard and pushed me when I did not want to work hard but I am very happy that they work so hard to make sure every student is ready. The student life is great most every student is involved in some way it can be sports, extracurricular, and clubs. The parent is involvement is also very good parents show up to all sports activities etc. I have never felt better at a school than I have at J. U. Blacksher.

J.U. Blacksher is underfunded and the education standards lower every year. More students come every year, but no changes seem to be made in order to accommodate the rise in numbers. The athletic facilities, classrooms, and extracurricular spots are all in poor condition. The people that are involved with the school and its activities are great it is mainly the lack of funding that hurts the school so much.

J. U. Blacksher was a school that helped me find what I was good at and what I struggled at. It showed me what I had to do to succeed and how I have to do it.

This schools is sorely lacking in technology lessons and the means to teach. These children will not be prepared for college. Where is the debate class/ no school plays/ no youth legislature .... this year the students themselves started a robotics club, and I am so proud of them. Neighboring Baldwi...
