I loved my time at Vail Mountain School. The academic rigor and learning environment gave me the tools I needed to prepare for college and succeed. Additionally, the community is fantastic and the size of classes allowed me to form meaningful connections with my teachers and peers even to this day.

VMS has changed and not for the better. Academics are subpar. Graduates don’t matriculate to major colleges. VMS has always been able to attract talented teachers because of location.
