GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I believe that it needs more funding with money to be able to recruit more teachers to have more flexible schedules. The academics are where they need to be ,but needs to be more funded.

The school is great. They give lots of resources to help you succeed as far as college credits, and preparing you for college and life after school. Another thing I like is that the school is very competitive in sports. We have won many regional championships and even go to state in many sports.

My experience at Wade Hampton has been great. With a focus on academics and a high energy for athletics, the school keeps most of the students active and busy throughout the year. I personally enjoy how small the school is and how it makes it easy to develop bonds with the other students. One thing I would like to see change though is the amount of things that we (as students) get to participate in because of our funding.

Please stop mixing this school up with the REAL WADE HAMPTON IN GREENVILLE-Home of the Generals and proud of it including our Fine Arts Center! Not many people know that there are actually 2 schools in the state with the same name of Wade Hampton.
