I would say that Vernon offers a lot of pros such as we are pretty diverse and carry a wide arrangement of sports and clubs. The teachers are very helpful and Ive gone back to teachers from previous years for questions I have because they just want to see you suceed. Its overall a pretty positive atmosphere. I would say the facilities arent the best but are better then most highschools. I love it here and Im going to be very sad when I graduate.

After attending this school district for 13 years, I feel that that are a bunch of things that they know they could improve on to help the students learn better and make them want to come to school everyday of the week.

I graduated in 2017, and from what I remember the whole experience was pretty basic. Living in vernon my whole life, it was pretty close to home and everyone had their own clique. I've seen on social media that teachers are being dismissed due to funding so it's a shame to see a place that once was flourishing to be in this state.

The only word I can use to describe our experience at this school is dreadful. There is no mentoring at the school and instead the teachers are bullies. They blame the students for everything and hide behind the union. Thank Goodness both my kids have decided to leave Vernon Township School district...

Horrible school. Drugs and bullying are rampant, and staff does nothing to help the situation. Don't send your children here.

My daughter hates it and lots of bullying and not many nice kids if any. One year left, hope it changes, and they will be on their third Principal this year.
