Do not send your children to this school! Severe bullying to the point I have to homeschooling my child,the Special needs department is horrible and lies on IEPs. If your child is 1st grade IQ they go by the age like 5th grade so their work is 1st grade-5th grade. Anything that happens; bullying or...

Highlands Elementary School is on the move to amazing things. The faculty and staff are dedicated to make Highlands Elementary School a place where the students feel safe, welcome and get a great education. I am proud and haqppy to be at Highlands Elementary School.

My child is nearing her second year at Highlands and I could not be happier. The innovative learning that is being promoted at Highlands has helped my childs confidence explode resulting in straight A honor roll for the first time! = Proud Parents!
