GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have been attending Wabasha-Kellogg highschool since 7th grade. This school has been really helpful to me. Especially when COVID is in full swing they all really stood up to the challenge. I am very pleased with all of the staff's response. I would have given them 5 stars if they would check in more to see how the students are doing this year because online learning is new and I feel like the kids who are struggling are not being heard.

My overall experience with this school has been getting better over the years. I like asking the teachers for help and advice on certain things because I can safely say that I have learned a lot here. I really enjoy taking the shop classes offered here because it gives you a vast amount of hands-on experience. One aspect I don't entirely care for is using the laptops and tablets provided here to submit almost every assignment. I can say that it has been much less of a hassle with some doing some of the homework, but, there are some drawbacks to this. This could be anything from the lack of not having internet capability in some locations to not fully knowing how to use new types of software.

Wabasha-Kellogg Secondary is a nice high school for a small town. We have a lot of luxury resources such as: nice computers, IPads, and a plentiful library. If I could change one thing about the school it would be to have a bigger variety of extracurricular activities for the students that are not "athletic" per say.

This school offers many CIS and AP classes for students to earn college credits. My kids love this school! I'm shocked by the previous reviews. Haven't had this experience at all.
