Midway High School, while being a privilege to go to, does still have many things that should change for the better. The food in the cafeteria is questionable at best, and there is a certain culture to the school that doesn't always make students feel like they are protected from bullying or harassment.

My general experience was okay, it's your typical high school, friend groups, cliques, popular and unpopular, privileged and unprivileged. It is a large school with many opportunities. I believe stricter bullying policies should be put in place not just for students but for teachers and staff as well.

Midway has provided me with many different experiences and learning opportunities like Theatre. Over the years I have seen many sports coaches become teachers causing classrooms to not be taught to the full potential as the coaches seem like they do not want to be teaching.

Midway genuinely is the worst school I've ever been too. The only good thing is the teachers who understand the kids. DO NOT GO HERE. !!!

I was a student here and it was a great experience the teachers are super nice and welcoming. It all depends on who you decide to become friends with tbh cliques here do exist.

My son made national merit, my daughter is a goaltender -- Midway gives your kids the tools they need to succeed. One of the best public high schools in Texas.
