I have enjoyed all four of my years at Walker High School and have met some of my best friends there. I've happily been a part of the Walker High Track and Field team all four years as well and it's truly been a blessing to my life, it's fun for the players and the coaches are super supportive. The academic aspects of the school are also very helpful, Walker offers many different advanced placement courses and dual enrollment credits that have proven to be very beneficial to me and my overall education.

My best experience was playing basketball and track & field at Walker High. My worst experience was that the school is not always very safe. An example is that there seem to be fights every day. There are more drugs available than you would expect from a small town. What I would like to see changed is some of the administration, and this problem with drug availability at the school.

it's hard to explain or describe what i've liked and what i haven't. i like the friendships i've formed i like my teachers most times i like pep rallies and going to football n basketball games i love our dance team and cheerleaders. i don't like decisions the staff makes i don't like the way things are handled most times i don't like how inconsiderate the administration can be either.

As a parent, I cannot recommend this school to your child. Unless you want your child to encounter adults who will be cruel and bully them for no reason. You would be appalled, by the way, they treat our children

The teachers and the administration in the Walker schools really care and have a passion for teaching each and every student important life skills.
