I enjoyed my time at Walker High School. I was able to take several courses that were related to my chose degree program to help me decide if this is the route that I would like to pursue. One of them even gained me a certification as a medical assistant. Walker High offers numerous programs that offer students certifications that allow them to enter the work force right out of school, in addition to courses that are focused on college readiness.

I've been a student at Walker High School since my sophomore year. I am now a senior and I must say it has been a very good journey. The teachers really care about the students and their needs. There hasn't been a time where I didn't have the resources, I needed to be successful. Very good school

Walker High School has over 2,000 students, with endless opportunities. Walker High offers AP and dual enrollment classes and offers many college and career readiness courses (welding, carpentry, JROTC, DECA, and FFA). Walker High school has a Nike store, PJs Coffee shop, and a Papa John's pizza restaurant on campus.

As a parent, I cannot recommend this school to your child. Unless you want your child to encounter adults who will be cruel and bully them for no reason. You would be appalled, by the way, they treat our children

The teachers and the administration in the Walker schools really care and have a passion for teaching each and every student important life skills.
